Country DJ was started as Brent’s Karaoke and DJ Service in 2007 by Brent Shroyer, who began as a dj over sixty years ago while still in high school. Today we specialize in wedding entertainment and karaoke. Since our founding we have provided superior service to our customers and have assisted them in achieving their goals. When Brent began he had no idea he would still be working as a dj so many years later. At that time everything was on 7 inch 45 rpm or 12 inch 33 rpm records. Just about everything Brent played was the top 40 of the day, which is why he is probably the one of very few djs to have a second specialty of fiftieth wedding anniversaries. His real goal at the time was to be a successful rock singer and record company owner/producer. As the music changed Brent began to listen to other genres and eventually began singing country and southern gospel. Today Brent is an expert in country music, although he continues to play all genres on request.
